14-day refund window. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the transaction date.

1. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if you submit your request within 14 days of the original purchase date. After this window has passed, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at hello@planawai.app within 14 days of your purchase with the following details:

The email address used for the purchase.
Your transaction ID or order number.
A brief reason for the refund request.

We will process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

3. Early Access Purchases

Early access purchases are eligible for a refund under the same 14-day policy. After the 14-day window, early access prices are locked and non-refundable, as the discounted rate is a one-time benefit.

4. Exceptions

Regardless of the 14-day window, refunds will always be issued in the following cases:

A duplicate charge was made due to a technical error on our platform.
You were charged without completing or authorising a purchase.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks without prior contact may result in suspension of your account. We are committed to resolving billing issues fairly and promptly.
