By creating an account or using Planawai in any way, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Planawai is an AI-powered travel planning application that generates personalised itineraries based on user input. Planawai is available on the Apple App Store, on Google Play and on the web. Features may change over time as we improve the service.
If you purchased access to Planawai on our website before its public release, that purchase grants you access to Planawai, and the price you paid is locked and will not increase. Features are subject to change as the service evolves.
Planawai Pro can be purchased on planawai.com. Website orders are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, which handles payment, invoicing, sales tax and VAT. Available plans are a weekly subscription, a yearly subscription and a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown before checkout and may vary by country.
Weekly and yearly plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until cancelled. You can cancel at any time using the link in your Paddle receipt e-mail or by contacting us; cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the paid period. The lifetime plan is a single payment with no renewals.
Pro is used in the Planawai app on iPhone and Android: sign in with Apple or Google using the e-mail address you used at checkout to unlock it.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

All content, branding, and technology within Planawai are the property of Planawai and its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without express written permission.
Travel plans generated by Planawai are produced by AI and are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any itinerary. Always verify travel information independently.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Planawai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul.
