Welcome to Planawai. By accessing or using our application and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Planawai in any way, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Planawai is an AI-powered travel planning application that generates personalised itineraries based on user input. The service is currently in pre-launch / early access phase. Features may change, and access may be limited during this period.

3. Early Access

Early access purchases grant you access to Planawai upon its official launch. By purchasing early access, you acknowledge that:

• The application has not yet been publicly released.
• Features described are subject to change.
• Access will be granted automatically at launch.
• Your early access price is locked and will not increase after purchase.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse our AI systems.
• Share, resell, or redistribute access to Planawai.
• Upload harmful, offensive, or misleading content.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology within Planawai are the property of Planawai and its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without express written permission.

7. AI-Generated Content

Travel plans generated by Planawai are produced by AI and are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any itinerary. Always verify travel information independently.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Planawai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul.
