Day 6
Fiordland Hiking
A day in Fiordland National Park beyond Milford Sound — the Routeburn Track's first section (Routeburn Flats, 4 hours return) offers stunning mountain scenery without requiring multi-day booking. Alternatively, the Kepler Track day section near Te Anau.
Day 7
Jet Boating on Shotover River
The Shotover Jet is one of Queenstown's most popular experiences — 25 minutes of 85km/h jet boat travel through the narrow Shotover Canyon, including 360-degree spins. Book early morning to have the afternoon free for last shopping and farewell dinner at Botswana Butchery on the waterfront.
